Green State Plumbing & Heating LLC

We had Green state do all the work on our new house 2 years ago. That work was fine. Per their recommendation, we had them service our heating system at the 2 year mark. It was working perfectly, but supposedly should be cleaned. Their tech turned our perfectly performing system into non working by what ever he introduced into the system. After 2 visits to fix, it still was not functioning. After that, he said he was busy and to call emergency service and he would pay. Further calls went unanswered. After 5 days and multiple calls to other businesses, we got the situation resolved. 5 days of no heat and hot water. While he promised to pay the emergency services fee, he won’t respond to anything I send. I have everything documented. Who leaves people hanging like that? Use them at your own risk.

Exceptional service! Their work is very clean, and they are quick to respond for any additional assistance that is needed. Very friendly crew!

They did an exceptional job, showed up on time was very professional and covid-19 cautious, had reasonable prices, I would recommend them to anyone!!!
